METHODS OF PAYMENT
Membership dues can be paid through convenient monthly automatic bank draft from a checking or savings account, or by paying the full annual rate using cash, check, debit or credit card.

MEMBERSHIP KEY TAGS
To ensure the safety of our members, key tags must be presented when entering the facility. Thank you for your support.

WE'D BE SAD TO SEE YOU GO!
Please call if you are dissatisfied with your membership in any way, we’d love to help!  If you still need to leave, just send us your written notice (in person or by fax/email) to discontinue a bank draft membership by the 20th of the month prior. Completed forms can be returned to membership@ymcajanesville.org or at the Welcome Desk. 

Memberships can be placed on hold for up to three months for medical reasons.  Please contact our Membership Director to place a membership on hold.
