Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required.  A SilverSneakers kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Boot Camp
Experience cardio & toning in an intense athletic style workout that incorporates weights, steps, drills, running/walking and much more. You will love the variety this class offers.

Cycling
Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment that lets you ride on! 

Friday Fever
A Combination of Low Impact and Strength Exercises will finish off your week of exercising. Enjoy the mix of Cardio and strength exercises in this class.

Group Power - Strength Train Together
Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minutes barbell program strengthens all you major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With Simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls, Group Power is for ALL ages and fitness levels.

Low Impact
A class that offers basic cardio combinations designed to be easy on your joints and is appropriate for individuals who exercise regularly as well as those new to exercise. The class is designed to improve your endurance and flexibility.

Strength-N-Stretch
This workout conditions all your major muscle groups using light weights, bands, and mats. The class ends with relaxing stretches that will lengthen and loosen up any tight muscles. 

PiYo
This class is an athletic fusion style of strength and stability class. It combines Yoga an Pilates in a flowing sequence designed for those who like to move with grace and power. PiYo is a physical journey allowing you  to transform your mind and body.

Stability Ball
Designed to improve strength and endurance of the core and back, this workout will also improve your balance and stability. Classes include weights, bands, stability balls, and mats to focus on inner and outer strength.

Yoga
This class features strength, conditioning, and flexibility components for an effective mind/body workout. A more contemporary yoga class for the mainstream fitness enthusiasts.

Pilates
Get the results you want from this core conditioning class. This mat workout focuses on developing core strength and flexibility (abdominals, back, & hips) while using a mind/body connection. Great Abdominal workout!

SAFE
This class is a low impact class designated for participants with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and Parkinson’s. You will utilize your full body in the exercises with Stretching and Flexing Exercises.

Aquacise
Stretching And Flexing Exercises: This class is a low impact class designated for participants with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and Parkinson’s. You will utilize your full body in the exercises with Stretching and Flexing Exercises.

Zumba
Is a fusion of Latin and International music-Dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Ditch the workout, Join the Party!

Zumba Gold
The class is designed for beginners or those who want to start at a slower pace. They use the same fun dance styles and music.

Zumba Toning
The original dance-fitness class taken to the next level. Zumba toning is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks.

Low Impact Zumba Toning
Low Impact Zumba Toning combines the enticing international rhythms of the Zumba Gold® program with the strength-training techniques of the Zumba® Toning program, creating an easy-to-follow, health-boosting dance-fitness program for the active older adult as well as beginners.

Aqua Zumba
This course is the “pool party” workout for all ages; safe, effective and challenging water-based workouts that integrate the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness discipline.
