WE'RE HERE FOR YOU

Our personal trainers will create a personal exercise plan for you and conduct an optional fitness evaluation. These one-on-one sessions develop a program based on current condition, personal goals, objectives & limitations. Your workout plan will be designed for strength training, free weights, cardiovascular fitness and/or flexibility. 

All Personal Trainers and clients must be masked AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING FEES
60 Minute Sessions

1 session

Members: $40, CPs: $50

6 sessions

Members: $210, CPs: $250

10 sessions

Members: $300, CPs: $350
