NEW GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULES
New in 2020, we are moving to session-based programming! This comprehensive group exercise schedule includes ALL of our fitness classes that are offered at both locations, including water fitness. Classes will remain constant for the entire session. If there are any cancellations due to instructor illness or unforseen circumstances, we will do our best to email you or post the notice on social media.
Winter I Schedule: January 2 - February 22
Youth 8-15 may participate WITH AN ADULT in: Aqua Zumba, Zumba, Bootcamp, Pilates, Yoga and PiYo. Youth 16+ may participate in ANY class.
