This comprehensive group exercise schedule includes ALL of our fitness classes that are offered at both locations, including water fitness. Classes will remain constant for the entire session. If there are any cancellations due to instructor illness or unforseen circumstances, we will do our best to email you or post the notice on social media.
We are limiting class sizes to promote physical distancing. In order to attend a class, you must pre-register. We are not offering water exercise classes during phase 1 of our reopening.
